- To cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date, or no later than 8:00 AM on your check‑in day.
- Cancellations made within this period will incur a 15% fee on the total amount paid; the balance will be refunded within seven (7) business days.
- Cancellations requested after the deadline, or failure to arrive without prior notice, will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount, with no refund issued.
